This Privacy Policy explains how Skloot, LLC ("Skloot," "we," "us") handles information in connection with our website at tryskloot.com and our forthcoming mobile application (together, the "Services").

Information we collect

• Information you provide. If you join our waitlist, we collect the email address you submit. Our email and waitlist messages are managed through our email service provider, Kit (by ConvertKit).
• Information collected automatically. We use privacy-respecting website analytics provided by Cloudflare to understand general traffic patterns. We do not use this analytics to track you across other websites.
• The Skloot app. The Skloot mobile application is not yet available. When it launches, a separate in-app disclosure will describe the data the app processes (such as product label images and ingredient information) before you use those features.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to notify you about Skloot's launch and updates, to respond to your inquiries, and to operate, secure, and improve our Services.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Services — for example, our email provider, analytics provider, and hosting provider — and only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing us at [email protected]. Children's privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
